This article was inspired by a book by E. W. Bullinger called
How to Enjoy the Bible, it was written in the early 1900's and
has inspired me to devote a lifetime of research to the Word of
God, I hope this will inspire you too.
There are a few basic elements we must state before we get
in-depth on how to study God's wonderful Word. First we must
know that there is only one requirement that is written in the
Word pertaining to studying the Word. We must rightly divide it.
II Tim. 2:15 Study to ...

The wedding service in the Greek Orthodox faith is an ancient
and beautiful ceremony, which has been celebrated in its current
form for centuries. The wedding ceremony is full of symbolism
and is a great experience if you have never attended one before,
because it is likely to be quite different from other weddings
you have attended in Western Europe. The service is also rather
unique because the bride and groom do not make vows to each
other ' their presence together in the church is taken to ...

Satellite Radio is the future of broadcasting
Satellite Radio, in short, can be described as commercial-free
music, news, sports and talk shows. Many of the biggest players
and events are now available from Sirius radio and XM radio like
Howard Stern, Fred Schneider (the B52s), NFL, English Soccer,
NBA, NASCAR, NHL, Major League Baseball, INDY, and the PGA.
Satellite radio began in 1992, when the 'S' spectrum was
allocated by the FCC to four companies. The two main ones,
Sirius and XM paid a ...

Greetings Brethren we pray and hope that humankind will realize the Divine order in which the dead are supposed to be disposed. We bear witness to the Truth of God. However this word is for believers and not those who have left God are have never known God. The believers go to the Grave while the Pagans go to the OVENS of DEATH, SMOKE and FIRE.
In OVENS of DEATH lost souls, BURNED bodies and BONES are ground to DUST. Hence the Spirit is tainted before and after the BURNING and is lost. Fire to ...

Separation of Church and State in France -- today this
democratic principal divides Christianity in the country and has
ignited the possibility of a controversial alliance between
evangelical Christians and Muslims. One may soon see a well
known French bishop set up a series of events that not only
forward his mission to spread Christianity throughout France and
the Francophone but support Muslim growth in France as well,
resulting in closer ties between the seemingly rival religions.
Last week ...

It's no secret that virtually everyone loves music in some form
or other. After all, it is the universal language, and we all
participate in it to some degree from the cradle to the grave.
It starts with our Mothers' lullaby, ends with our funeral song,
with a zillion other stops along the way.
But what is music, anyway? What makes it tick? We all love some
form of it and dislike other forms of it.
The country-western fan may not like jazz, but he or she sure
loves the sound of pickin' & ...

Christmas is celebrated by almost all of Christendom uniformly
throughout the world. The origin of this celebration was
instituted by the Catholic Church centuries after the death and
resurrection of Christ. No one but the church fathers is
responsible for this holiday. It is not something called for in
the bible nor ever taught by Christ or his apostles. Regardless
of this fact it is what it has become that is more in question
than how it began.
Some sects of the church do not observe ...

African young girls are always on the go at the earlier age of
about 9 years. Loving blindly without taking into account the
consequences:
The argument over abortion is rarely waged with much reference
to reason. Our courage and determination usually make as
illogical. When the issue at stake is whether to legalize it,
many argue the moral issue rather than the simple legal question
of who should make the decision. The story I am narrating avoids
much of this debate and in steady homes in on ...

The two leading methods of controlling the masses are
Nationalism and Religion. In this article we will look at how
Religion influences people into doing things that they would not
do normally.
Practically every religion has some bad logic associated with
it. Most Americans follow some form of Christianity. This
involves reading both the Old and New Testaments of the Bible.
There are a lot of things that don't make sense about the Bible
( especially the Old Testament ), but practically all ...

Lectio divina is a very useful and practical discipline for
spiritual growth. Rooted in ancient monasticism, the practice is
a fourfold cycle: Reading, Meditation, Prayer, and
Contemplation. In fact, the term itself means 'sacred reading.'
Reading. Lectio divina begins with a 'text,' whether that is the
Bible, a spiritual classic, something in nature, or even another
person. You must 'take up and read.' But the reading is not done
to acquire knowledge or information, to master the text. ...
